- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
- Eligible cases will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
3. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivity
- We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions. Customers are encouraged to review ingredients before purchase.
- Refunds are not issued for opened products due to personal sensitivity.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
