  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
  • Eligible cases will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

3. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivity

  • We are not responsible for individual allergic reactions. Customers are encouraged to review ingredients before purchase.
  • Refunds are not issued for opened products due to personal sensitivity.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
